I had the pleasure of staging on of Tom' s houses. I was very impressed to the attention he gives to the details. He uses beautiful molding to highlight windows and floors. He will widened a stairway to the lower level making it easier to move furniture.
His houses are stunning.
Tom Gottschalk and James Edward Builders are Fantastic! Tom outfitted our wedding venue with bathrooms, bridal suite and a catering kitchen and everyone is in love with their work! Tom is extremely professional, caring and responsive. Our experience with James Edward Builders was wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Positive Building experience!
James Edward Builders are a fantastic group of people. As a mortgage lender, I have worked with many clients. A common response from people who have built a home is: “I will never do that again”. James Edward Builders is the only builder I know of where several past clients have been repeat customers. In other words, the process was so good, smooth, and predicable, the people built another home with Tom. (several of his past clients) The quality, attention to detail, and not getting upset with changes is the difference. ….How many other builders utilize insulated return ducts? Little things like that are huge.
