“We had a great experience doing my son's road test with Mr. R's in Grand Ledge. After having tried another company in the Lansing area twice for road tests he didn't pass, we decided to have him do the test closer to home with Mr. R's, and are so glad we did. Unlike the other company, they sent us a helpful video about common reasons people don't pass ahead of his appointment and also had him watch a video at the beginning of the test that explained the parking portion and things he could lose points for (we did not know these things the first time he did the test with the other company, and it might have made a big difference). The evaluator was friendly and made conversation that helped put my son at ease during the road portion of the test. Unlike the other company, they did not ask him to drive in a difficult and confusing area with lots of one-way streets and road construction. And unlike the other company (that we believe sets students up to fail so they will have to retest), Mr. R's seems to want to help students to pass. Highly recommend.“

He lwould want me to go left or right turn ,
He gave plenty of time. He was more than fair
He did make me nervous, he really nice & helpful
