I made online appointment for haircut. I was told someone would be with me in awhile. I sat there for 25 minutes and was ignored by the two stylists. When I finally spoke up, the person I had appointment with said she didn't know about me and told me to come back later. I left and won't return. I went there for over 10 years. Very disappointed to be ignored

Went to Dakota H for some layers and face framing, rather simple, she was nice but took a VERY long time. At one point she had to get another stylist to come over and check her work half way through, which wasn't the problem. The problem was that after that, she did the layers which were NOT checked. The right side of my hair looks fine, but a little choppy, the left side on the top layer, there is a huge chunk chopped out of it that i didn't notice until i got home and washed my hair. The face framing I asked for was also cut about 2 inches too short and uneven despite spending 30 minutes doing it, can't even put my hair in a ponytail anymore. At least it was cheap-ish but now i'm stuck having to style my hair every day to cover up that god awful chunk on the left side.

I just saw Kimberly and she fixed my uneven self cut. She did notice that I had naturally curly hair but like to wear it straight. she did a dry cut and put layers back in my hair. I can’t believe how much better it looks. I will definitely go back to her

So clean without the chemical smell. Stylist didn’t judge the condition of my hair. Karen took time to listen and recommend a hairstyle for me based on my lifestyle. I don’t usually make follow up appointments at the same salon but I already have one scheduled next month

Great place! Just moved to the area, and my wife needed her hair done. She had Kimberly, and I love what she did for my wife. Her hair looks great. My wife was very happy. Prices were very fair. My wife will be back. I'm doing the review, because the misses really doesn't do them, lol! Thanks again, Kimberly!!

We went in for our twins’ first haircut. They are three. We had many adults there taking pictures and videos and they were accommodating to that. The stylist made the experience special and did a great job!
They have also worked with my mixed daughter’s hair and have done a great job with her layers. They are affordable and always have good results.

My family is very blessed to have found this establishment! After moving here from Waterford we were in search of a new hairstylist. Thank the stars Larissa was the one who was available. Three years later now, we will go NO where else! She is Marvelous! Thank you!
