“I would give them 10 stars, if I could. Our power went out on July 3 with a DTE estimate for repair at the end of the day July 6.
The next morning, July 4, our newer Generac generator failed. I called many companies who were either closed for the holiday or could not help us. Specialized Power Services answered our call and went out of their way to locate. a part we needed for the repair which was successful. They saved our holiday weekend, all our refrigerated food, and our get togethers. I was impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to help when we really needed it - Highly important qualities for any company especially for one that is installing emergency generators.
