Austin and his wife were incredibly helpful and helped Me during a rough time. I had massive water damage in my basement and Austin did a incredible job. There great people and a great business couldn't say enough good things.

I could not be more thrilled with this business, and Dustin and Austin. Easy to work with, they have great ideas, and very responsive! Their cleanup was beyond 5 stars!! HGTV ...here they come!

West Michigan Restoration is a professional and reliable company that I have had the pleasure of using on a personal project that was definitely not the easiest space or situation, they handled it with ease and finished the job beyond expectation. They have worked for two of my Clients on Water damage, insurance claims and cleaning, spending more time than most would to make the customer happy and went above and beyond what any company I've worked with would do. Dustin & Austin bring a team oriented approach to the project at hand and they have excellent communication from start to finish.
