I reached out to a handful of local fencing contractors. Great lakes was quick to respond and came in at a very reasonable price. Communication was absolutely top notch from start to finish, from both the office and the crew while they were working at our home. The crew deserves recognition for how hard they work!! 8am to 8pm on a Friday and they don't mess around taking breaks every hour. I had them tear out my old chain link and install new totaling about 650ft with 2 gates. Everything is nice and clean. Couldn't be happier! Summer of 2024 , had back yard leveled by h&h excavating of Baldwin Michigan,and my lawn replaced, took 58 12 yard truck loads of fill to level back yard. Did this to avoid staggered fence installation. H&h topped yard with black dirt mixed with dairy doo, planted lawn it was late summer grass didn't get mature enough to be walking on Megan from great lakes fencing said they would wait till next spring to do fence when my lawn was stable enough to be walked on.i appreciated that. They started fence 1st part of May. Lawn was ok for traffic. This is a fairly big job 664 feet of fence and four gates. Joe showed up with two employees they completed this job in... read full review
