Matt completed a home inspection for me on November 15th. He was extremely thorough and walked me through every step of the process. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend him for Home Inspections.
Matt Fletcher is the GOAT of all home inspectors. Cannot recommend him enough. He was EXTREMELY thorough (5 hours at our house!) and he identified some very big issues with the home that needed to be properly addressed. His report was very professional and we received it early morning the very next day. I would highly, HIGHLY, recommend him to anybody looking for a high quality home inspection.
Matt was simply exceptional. We conducted a single family home inspection - his years of experience in home restoration and construction made a complex job simple.
