Repair was great. Communication was good. It took two trips only because the warranty company sent the wrong part initially, but Higher Standards Appliance Repair took care of it, got the correct part sent out, and scheduled a new appointment. We had Keith help us out 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Once we had the correct parts, repair only took about 15 minutes.
Fast service with good technicians. Starts out with the person that answers the phone and is highly skilled in answering questions , explaining lead times of parts and scheduling appointments. Both service technicians that came to my home were knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend.
Had Rick out many times throughout the years fixing different appliances. He's a true expert in his field. Very honest and polite and I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend..
