My experience at No Excuses was very friendly and good service. This is my first time going to an salon. And I really like it. Even do nails. You can book an appointment. And I got a press and curl hairstyle and it came out very nice and soft and shinny. Will be coming back.

They did a great job on my daughter's hair but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous! If you're a new customer you will be waiting. The stylists come in an hour after their hair appointment times so you'll be sitting there with washed and dried hair for an hour to an hour and a half. Me and my kid sat there 3 hours. Our appointment was set together for 11 am. Her hair was done at about 3. Then they did someone's sew in which had me waiting an additional hour. At 4:00 pm my hair still had not even been started. No way I'd ever sit in a shop for 5 hours! And this was during the week on a Tuesday.
