BB Luxury Nail Spa (Previously known as Mi Nail) - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

After my services took 4+ hours there end results were shocking. My nails and toes were terribly painted with gel polish and began peeling the very next day. When I asked for a redue I was given a time restraint that I could not commit to, due to a death in my family. The end result was a waste of $80 and great disappointment.

I have been sitting here watching and observing I came in to get my nails done the nice lady in the front was very polite had a brief discussion on what I wanted thank you. But as I continue to wait my turn I'm just noticing the tech that was accomadating a client was on the phone I can tell the client was getting annoyed very unprofessional please hold all personal calls this is a place off business remember that all ways.

I didn’t wanna leave a bad comment because the young ladies was very nice, but I’m sorry my nails are horrible they are so thick and my skin around my nails are burnt from the type of chemicals they used. I got to the shop at 10:33 I didn’t leave until 12:48 only to get a short set pink and white. The girl who did my nails didn’t have glue, didn’t have enough white, and she was EXTREMELY slow.
