Very very professional and correct people! They take care of everything from A to Z, and everything is done as they say at the time of hiring them for the service. I wish you never need this kind of service, but if you do, this is the best in Detroit and surrounding areas!

My mother in law passed away quite abruptly. My FIL talked to the owner and found him to be warm and easy to talk to and work with. He felt he was in good hands. Was very detailed and thorough about preparations for cremation and possible options for the box and clear about costs for all details of the procedure. The funeral home director came to the hospital after she passed and brought her back to the funeral home and prepared her for cremation. The director was clear about timing and instructions on what he would need from my FIL. Clothing or any keepsakes to be placed on her person. The director even met us at the crematorium and explained the process and timing. He stayed with us as long as we were there as well. He stayed to see it through and gather the remains for the urn. My FIL felt more at ease and less stressed through the process with the help from the funeral. My FIL picked up his urn and it was placed in his selected urn with the requested details engraved on the outside. The service was wonderful during this difficult moment in my FIL's life. We really appreciated the thought and care from the director.
