Lady Sharma is absolutely horrific. I walked in with my grandma (she’s not very old but does have arthritis) around 9:45 a.m. We sat in the lobby until around 11 a.m. before they finally called us into a room, where we waited until about 12:21 p.m. The doctors don’t even show up until after 12. After waiting for hours, she rushed through it all and kicked us out in barely 6–7 minutes. Didn’t even listen to all the complaints. The story doesn’t end there when I went to the pharmacy, I found out the medication hadn’t even been sent over. I'm not sure why there are so many patients who go here. Wish I would have listened to all the reviews. After switching primary care doctors to this clinic I was treated like I was a pariah. Horrible decision on my part. Never again.

Never in my life have I met a human being as rude and disrespectful as Kabir. He is honestly the worst type of person to be around especially in a building that caters to the well-being of patients. For an establishment medical building I am disappointed and distraught at who they chose to keep at the front desk. It is humiliating and I would have had a better experience and felt more helped having talked with a plant than that sorry excuse of a human being.
