My family has been patients at the Ferndale location for many years. Although there have been many changes over the years, I still appreciate the staff at the Ferndale office. On my most recent visit, Erica took my vitals. It can be difficult to draw blood from me because I have small, floating veins. She asked if she could draw from my hand. I politely told her no and that sometimes it may take 2 or 3 people. So, she left out and brought in KaSaundra who drew blood with no issues and she made sure I was okay during the process. Good job KaSaundra and I appreciate Erica’s attentiveness to my needs.
