we have been going to Countryside Veterinary clinic for nearly 30 years. I absolutely love Dr Burnett, she is caring and truly gives our animals the most loving care. The last couple of years, much of the staff has changed dramatically. the level of personalized, caring service is long gone. Today, we lost our beloved dog of almost 13 years. my husband took him in to VCA to be cremated. He was treated with callous disregard. He was in tears handing over our sweet boy and the staff was merely interested in collecting payment. In the past, if we lost one of our animals, they would have the decency to send us a bill. I truly do not know what has happened to the clinic we have loved and recommened to so many of our friends. They are merely a money making operation these days. The times of their wonderful caring staff is long gone. Heartbroken and disappointe.

Wow!! Took my cat for vaccines and to establish with a new vet! They wanted 350 to give a cat shots!?! Walked out and called 3 places on the way home. This was over 200 than any other place I called a 250 more than the humane society or petco vaccine clinic. I wouldn't mind paying a fair price or slightly higher but to rip people off like this!!! Wow it's disgusting! Plus I waited 30 minutes past my appoint when I was 10 mins early and walked out due to extreme high prices. Don't waste ur time or $ her. Staff was nice that I did talk to

Oh my goodness! all these bad reviews for what? VCA hamburg is AMZING! it's clean, friendly, and most of all they SPOIL your pup! Daisy loved loved LOVED her visit! THANK YOU EVERYONE

My Alaskan klee Kai never does well at the vet. He screams, lunges, barks; you name it. This staff was extremely sweet to my little man; so much that he let them do anything they needed AND gave them kisses. They're super knowledgeable and show genuine concern when they ask you if you have anything they need to assess. They even give you a fabulous new pet bag with toothpaste, leash, potty bags and holder, and more! I'm taking all of our dogs here

Let me say first that I've had many positive experiences at VCA with my pets. Additionally, I'm willing to spend whatever it takes to ensure my pets receive proper veterinary care, as evidenced by the more than $5000 I recently spent for diagnostics and surgery for my 12-year-old hound. However, my papillon is on Hills Science Diet prescription I/D food and will be for the rest of her life. I order the food from Chewy.com and they obtain approval from VCA. However, this time VCA refused to approve and demanded that I bring her in for an exam. So I took her in and was charged $54 for a 5-minute exam that she didn't need. Feeling blackmailed.

I had a wonderful experience at VCA Howell. Staff and veterinarian were very nice! My 4 sweet kitties felt as comfortable as they could be at a vet! They got the cutest welcome bag with a scratcher, kitty scoop, bags, and toys! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Great customer service at the Hamburg location! Our fur baby had some sudden onset of symptoms and they didn’t even hesitate to get us in immediately and were so reassuring and friendly along the whole process. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and we will be lifelong customers!
