From the time I placed a service call for our Tempur-Pedic ergo extend bed base, Tom was very responsive. We had clear communication and he arrived on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable and customer service was beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to call Londo TV for any future needs that may arise. Thank you Tom for doing such an excellent job for us. The world needs more people like you.
Tom came to our home on behalf of LG to fix our television. It was a pleasure working with Tom! He was down to earth, respectful, and very pleasant. Tom got right to the job at hand and got the TV running as good as new, before he left. If you have to work with Londo TV ask for Tom. He is awesome!!
Tom was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions while he repaired my broken LG TV screen with great care. Communicating and scheduling his visit through text message was extremely conveient. My TV works great now and I couldn't be happier with Londo TV Sales & Services! I would highly recommend.
