Tom was amazing! He showed up, worked efficiently, and had our TV back up and running within no time. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in his field. My husband and I could not recommend this man enough! Wonderful customer service and he was so respectful to our home. He even came out to fix the television on Saturday, in the rain. Tom worked on my 4k LG TV, he was very friendly, knowledgable, timely, and quick with his repair work. Also, staying in touch with him was no problem, we set a date and he was here on time, exactly when he said he would be. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a repair ! Thanks Tom 😁
