I just can't say enough about Brian's. We arrived at our cottage after a long time away to find our furnace wasn't working, our water heater split down the middle and several faucets without water. I called Brian's; James and Chris came out within a couple hours and fixed the furnace, and got the faucets running. The next day, they replaced the water heater. We were seriously planning to turn around and drive right back home, but within 24 hours James and Chris had us 100% back in business. James is very knowledgeable, and was super patient with me as I asked question after question. I highly recommend Brian's.

Had an issue with our furnace, which is an older model. They responded in a very timely manner and diagnosed the problem right away. These guys really did go the extra mile to make sure everything was done to satisfaction and making sure I got the best deal possible! Thank you again!!

Brian and one of his workers came to my house. They figured out what was going on with my plumbing and will be coming to install my water filter, new bathroom vanity, and sink. I ordered them and should be here soon. Very nice guys.
