“IAID took care of my father Darryl for almost 7 weeks till he was accepted into long term care. After being assessed in the hospital as total care, it was all put in place with a few phone calls. First IAID was an amazing company. The people they have taking care of my father were even more amazing. They not only took care of him but they even help out with my 77 year mother as well and did light housework, like laundry and dishes. It was wonderful experience through a stressful time. Especially watching your loved getting weaker. We enjoy conversations and even got to know them a bit. We enjoyed their company and learned so much about their cultures. Thank so much to all of you. “Lynn/Ellen has been my physical therapist for nearly 4 months. Her attention to detail, thoroughness in her treatment plan, and adaptability to my needs is very commendable. She’s patient and identifies achievable and measurable goals for me to continue making progress. She initially treated me for vertigo and shoulder pain, but also identified that my legs needed to be addressed as well due to arthritis. She would provide exercises after each visit to ensure I would make progress until the next visit.

It was extremely helpful to home therapy visits, it was as good as going in person and I’d highly recommend her to my family and friends.“

“There were 3 kind people from Gentle Touch who were involved in my home physical therapy. Marina, Sean, and Adi all took good care of me for the first 2 weeks after my joint replacement surgery. Each of them always called a few minutes prior to their arrival. They were professional and friendly. They were also thorough and kept me well informed about the stage of my recovery and what I could and couldn't do. Adi was my regular therapist and I coudn't have asked for anyone better!
