We had the very good fortune of having Comfort Care assist with my mother’s 24/7 care. Due to her being a high fall risk, she required constant monitoring, especially when ambulating. Before Comfort Care became our steady provider, meeting this need was often chaotic and difficult to manage.
Comfort Care took over all scheduling, completely relieving us of that burden. If a different caregiver was ever a better fit, they addressed it immediately and provided a replacement—taking the stress of managing personalities entirely off our shoulders.
