An office of gifted providers who listen and understand parental concerns. Always promptly get seen when sick and are so compassionate when navigating sickness with your child. Front desk girls are friendly and helpful! The team makes sick visits a little less scary!

We've been going to Pointe Pediatrics for the past year and have absolutely loved the experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and we're always able to get in quickly for appointments (sick or well). The office staff even manage to make things like school forms and prescription refills pleasant and easy -- so appreciated, especially for working parents with busy schedules. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Im sorry to read to those who had bad experience at the office. I've personally absolutely loved having my children seen by Ms. April. She is SO thorough and kind and doesn't make us feel like another number $.

The girls at the front desk are SO helpful and friendly. The afterhours line was amazing. I would get a text or a call in 3 am for my sick child with their recommendation on treatment.

It's been 3 years since we moved away from MI and I had just called back for missing records information etc and they went out of their way to get it to me and Also speak with me about my current questions about children's vaccines even though we are no longer...read full review
