Everything about this studio is wonderful! The teachers are experienced & knowledgeable. Both locations are beautiful. The staff is friendly and inclusive. The owner is well studied and cares deeply for the practice and her students. I highly recommend practicing here!

I have been coming here for over 10 years. The quality and variety of the classes is one of the best. There’s a class for every level and mood. I love the community that’s been created from the moment you walk in the door. From the instructors, the front desk, to the fellow yogi’s. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing and makes you feel at home.
