The Dr's always do a great job with my dog. I just wish the front desk staff was friendly. I'll go in there, and there is no hello and no eye contact...until they are ready to talk to me. I feel unwelcome. The techs and Dr's are always amazing!

Likely saved my dog's life! Could not be more thankful to Dr. Ciccheli and the Platz team. Rushed my french bulldog in at 5:45pm and though they were about to close, and I am not a patient, they got right to work. He was suffering from heat stroke and his internal temperature was 105. Within 30 min they were able to get it down to 101.7 using oxygen, fans, cooling techniques, and IV/meds. I was able to transport him to an emergency vet (though frankly this is exactly what Platz did for us) because of their quick action. Without Platz not sure Chuck would be with us. We are eternally grateful. Goes without saying 5+ stars and highly recommend.

We have taken all of our dogs to Dr. Andris for years. He is so kind and caring and very knowledgeable! We have also seen Dr. Gabe and he is excellent as well. To top off the experience the staff are great!
