Always professional, have been here 3x over 2 years, both Doc and the NP are knowledgeable and have great friendly attitudes. Office staff is ON TOP of everything, and I love the way they give you an update if you're waiting longer than 10 minutes. (sorry I was grumpy about my ear pain)

It is so nice having an Urgent Care facility on Grosse Ile. Mary, the nurse practitioner was wonderful as was the assistant and the receptionist I have been to this facility a few times over the years and have always been very pleased with the care.

I had a sharp pebble stuck in the bottom of my foot last year and Mary was very kind and gentle attempting to take it out. A week later, I got a blood blister there. I went back to her and she stuck a band aid on it and told me not to worry. No charge. The third time I went to her, the blood blister was still there, and once again she put a band aid on it and sent me on my way after looking at it for like 10 seconds - *this time with a copay*. She told me to see a podiatrist if it continued for a few more days with a referral. I had vacation a day after, and it was hard to walk anywhere!
