I love Kyla! I always leave with the haircut I wanted. The salon is modern and inviting and all the staff are polite and professional. Whenever I need to make an appointment it isn't difficult to reach them by phone. I recommend everyone looking for a hair salon to come here!

This is the second time I've gotten my hair cut by Angela and I've absolutely loved it both times!! She's very good at what she does, is super friendly and I've left both times feeling SO confident! It's also reassuring to know that she's not just trying to upsell me when I asked about other services. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and told me very honestly that what I was hoping for wouldn't work out and that she didn't want me to spend the money to be disappointed. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful! And I definitely plan to keep going back!

Renee did my hair. I've been a hair stylist for yrs and I'm usually unhappy with my highlights and cut! Renee did AMAZING 👏 She is great with time and great with her scissors ✂️ she knows what she's doing. I will drive from Mt pleasant to Greenville any day for her. Thank you Renee!

JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE HERE AND I AM NOT FROM THE AREA. I TRIED 2 DIFFERENT STYLISTS FOR HAIRCUTS FOR CURLY HAIR AT L'IMAGE AND I ALSO GOT A COLOR TREATMENT WITH ONE. BOTH TIMES WERE A DISTASER. THEY SAY THEY'RE EXPERIENCED, BUT NOT WHEN THEY LEAVE ME WITH HAIR DYE ALL OVER MY FOREHEAD AND A BRILLO PAD HAIRCUT! ONE OF THE LADIES FORGOT ME WHEN I WAS GETTING DYE, AND THE OTHER JUST CHOPPED MY UP HAIR BY THINNING IT. I AM IMPRESSED THAT THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS. THESE 2 EXPERIENCES WERE MONTHS APART. I FIGURED THAT I WOULD TRY AGAIN. THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE DISAPPOINTMENT. I WILL HOPEFULLY FIND PROFESSIONAL STYLISTS IN GRAND RAPIDS AREA.?

I've been going here since they opened their doors. Even when I moved an hour and a half away, I traveled to have Barb do my hair. She always gives me what I ask for, or tells me why what I want may not work for my hair. She also gives me great ideas on new things to try!!
