First time customer and I had a wonderful experience! My fiance and I came in, we both have longer curly/wavy hair, and Sam nailed our cuts! She was very knowledgable about what we needed and took her time to explain the process to us, and what we could do at home to improve our hair quality. We are so happy with how the cuts look and the quality of our experience. The salon is clean and full of all the classic salon sounds and smells that you'd expect from a higher end salon. Their shampoo bowls have decent neck rests too, which is so nice especially if you're getting color services done. Got my hair highlighted and cut by Samantha, who did a great job. The next day she called me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. When I told her I was hoping for some more darker streaks mixed in with the highlights, she did not hesitate to have me come back in so she could make it perfect. Now I absolutely love my hair!
