The Emerald Door Salon is a relaxing “green” salon in the heart of Greenville. It offers an affordable, professional, clean, and comfortable environment. The stylists are knowledgeable, down to earth, and make clients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. They are professional, personable, and fun, going above and beyond while clearly loving what they do. They communicate the process and aftercare clearly, checking in to ensure clients are doing good. Clients feel good about the safety protocols and the clean environment. The services, which include waxing and haircuts, come highly recommended from many satisfied, returning clients.
Just had my first appointment at this salon, and had Jessica. I typically am very nervous in a new place, but Jessica had me relaxed and feeling at home within minutes. She listened to my concerns, as I am experiencing a hair texture change related to perimenopause. She explained what she was doing style wise to get best results, what kind of product to use, had great suggestions for a sleep bonnet, and explained difference between silk and satin pillowcase for hair care. By the end of the appointment, I felt I had known her far longer than an hour, and some of her tips already have been very helpful for doing my hair at home. Super sweet stylists and I especially love the estheticians! I’ve gone for a few years now and I always leave with a “happy tear worthy” cut! Super cute and cozy feeling inside with their soda bar, coffee bar, and sweet understanding from everyone there :)
I have been seeing Hilary for about 7 years now and she has NEVER disappointed me! She always gets me to the perfect blonde and always walks me through the process! She is very knowledgeable and is able to answer almost any questions I have about hair care!! I highly recommend emerald door!
