The stylist was welcoming and responsive to all my requests. She made sure I was completely happy before I checked out. She made sure my coupon code worked. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

I didn't make an appointment so I had a wait of 11/2 hours.My stylish was good and when I showed her 2 pictures of different styles she told me which 1 would work best for my thin hair.She did an excellent job!

Great Workers and helpful feedback! They'll ask you what you want and are very sweet with kids. Just like any other Great Clips they'll ask if you would like products at the end but get past that and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful hair cut.
