Got the replacement seat and extra cushioned back for my wife’s Leap V2. It’s so freakin comfortable. Might have to grab one for myself! Had a friend over to try it out and he’s looking to get one soon as well!

For me - it took about two weeks to process the order (I think they do just-in-time assembly) then 1 week to receive the chair.
My Steelcase Leap V2 is probably going to outlive me.
