First time going here based on so many recommendations. The location is much closer than the big chain Home Depot I usually go to. I asked if the wood purchased could be cut in half and the employee said they could. Cut was not even by over an inch and wood was splintered. Employee still placed in back of vehicle knowing this. Owner responded to this post and refunded entire amount as stated. I appreciate taking that ownership and resolving the issue promptly. Changed review and added another star for customer service. Thank you.

Got a quote emailed to me by Jamie. When I went in to the store to place my order for delivery I found out that Jamie had made a miscalculation in his quote. The quote he gave me was significantly cheaper than the price I was given in the store. Upon hearing about this mistake, Jamie honored his original quote, giving me the original discounted price.

Big L has been great to deal with. I used them for materials to frame my basement and a few other needs, and they had everything I needed to get the job done. They have provided great advice and never rush through explaining to a novice.
