She is very professional, but also down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable while in her care. Sami is very knowledgeable & will talk you through the whole process, checking in throughout your appt to make sure you're doing good. Any nerves you may have beforehand will quickly fade as you will see how she genuinely cares for her clients. I recommend her whenever I can as I have so many good things to say about her! :)
