Northwood takes SUCH good care of our fur babies (we have 2 poodles). They’re fair in their assessments and give great advice on activity, nutrition, etc. I know the “kids” are getting the best care when I bring them here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northwood Animal Hospital. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and genuine care. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive - not just to the pets, but to the owners as well. Dr. Jen always goes above and beyond, taking the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable with every step of your pet’s care. Their compassion and gentle approach make all the difference, especially in stressful or emotional situations. It’s clear that everyone here truly loves what they do and treats every animal as if it were their own. I am so grateful to have found such a caring and trustworthy team to look after my pets health.

We recently made the decision to try a new vet for our newest addition, a golden retriever puppy named Miley. The office staff were so friendly and knowledgeable (specifically Vet Tech, Abby) and Dr John was great! Miley literally didn't want to leave and I had to pick her up to get her off of the steps by the entrance. Highly recommend!

I hesitate to elaborate because I want to keep this team all to my self, but they deserve much praise. I was searching for a Veterinarian my dogs could build trust with; one is a fraidy-cat, the other Godzilla. The team on the phone and at the desk gave me all the time i needed to hear what we were loking for, they also identify themselves by name. That is a big deal to me and a telling point. They were compassionate and helpful. A team can tell a lot about a practice philosophy. They work together finely tuned. The Vet Techs ..we love you. Dr. Jenn- you are the best! My search is over. Thank you for your generous time and hearing me; sharing your knowledge and making us feel mattered and welcomed. I appreciate you and this fabulous practice you built. The staff is incredibly compassionate, and I’ve never once felt rushed—they always take the time to answer every question and make sure my pet feels comfortable and cared for. Their pricing is upfront and very fair for the high-quality care they provide. It’s clear that the entire team truly cares about both the animals and their owners. Not at all happy with your clinic.i specifically told them the right front paw would not stop bleeding they came back and wanted 825.00 dollars and it wasn't even the right front paw it was the right rear which was not even bleeding.so after three times back to the room they glued the front paw at a total 257.00 dollars. I will not go back time to find a new vet.
