“Started coming to Northwood because they had a quick opening for my Frenchie who ended up having a stubborn eye ulcer that almost needed surgery. The staff is so kind and compassionate, and I cannot sing their praise enough. Dr. John is willing to answer all my questions, and gave great instructions for care that gave us the best chance to heal the eye without surgery. It took a while, but we got there! I appreciate that they trust my input into my dog's care, and are a great balance of optimistic and realistic. They're up-front about costs, and provide options when available. Best veterinary care that I've experienced as a pet parent.“
