They are working hard on this million-dollar project. The business is highly recommended for general construction.
Our forty condominiums are three story with open balconies built in the mid-eighties. Over the years residents enclosed the balconies often with no permits or consideration for the additional weight it added. Resulting in decks that became unsafe to use. This neglect led to a major undertaking. Our homeowner’s association hired an engineering firm to write specs, so the scope of work spelled out exactly how and what was done, the work became a million-dollar project.
