I went in for a chair massage for the 2nd time and I really wish that there would be some improvements. As when I was waiting the masseuse kept on calling/texting on his phone and trying to hold up on the clients and on time and when this other different masseuse walked in he did my massage really rough and I put soft on the check in sheet and before the massage I was sure that he read the board and everything that I wanted a soft gentle massage but however it was really hard and I wish that the staff would read the board more carefully and check with the client first and make sure before the therapy.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews ,they are very good at what their doing... people just want to write bad reviews when you can simply just talk to the person and say how hard you want it or if you want it more in a certain area.

Most painful massages I've ever received in my life. I've given this place a shot a few different times and every time I leave in more pain. The workers are super friendly so they get 5 stars from me for hospitality. But with how much they have hit my spine and other bones, on top of crazy pressure leaving me insanely sore rhe next day I can't justify spending over $70 for that. I've had dozens of messages throughout my life, I've had most of the “massage therapists” there and every one of them didn't seem like they even knew what they were doing.
