The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived for my appointment, they quickly took my keys and began replacing the windshield. The person replacing the glass asked me about a trim part that the company who previously replaced my windshield forgot to put back on. He thought he might have taken it off and misplaced it but I explained that it was previously missing. He said he would look to see if he had a spare to replace it. My windshield was replaced and the ADAS calibration done in about an hour and 15 minutes.
