We live in the Big rapids area and I do believe our service comes out of the Grandville office. Several years ago we started with TruGreen at the suggestion of our neighbor as we struggled to keep our lawn in good order. The first season was rough we struggled with weeds burnt grass and it never looked quite like our neighbors. Our neighbor suggested we contact TruGreen and ask for Matt McNeil to service our yard as well as we had different lawn specialists. TruGreen granted this request and our lawn quickly transformed. I am very happy with my service with Truegreen. I wish you could give me an earlier advanced notice of the day of service. I checked both front & breezeway doors for the service report, but couldn't find any, so I am glad you attach it with the email. I also thought I would be assigned a technician, but see that I've had a different technician every time.

We can finally enjoy the outdoors again... I have a cabin surrounded by woods, Lake and a pond, Trugreen treats the property for mosquitoes and it has made a world of difference. I was actually surprised how well the monthly treatments work, once in a great while I have to call them because I see a mosquito or two and they apply a free treatment in between services. They do whatever it takes to service the customer and make them happy.. I am very happy with the results... read full review
