Very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I needed a tissue & was given a little box of Kleenex. Brittany at the Grandville center calls me by name & always makes me feel special. The Grandville Center ROCKS!

My experience at the Grandville location was very pleasant. I did not know what to expect and was somewhat nervous. The staff was very kind and attentive. I would use their services for any future infusions if possible.

The infusion rooms are very bright and welcoming with lots of windows.The staff is professional and friendly , very helpful and concerned about your comfort . They made me feel very comfortable and informed about my first infusion.It's a very organized and nicely set up business and easy to navigate the system . They checked my insurance before my first infusion so I knew exactly what my out of pocket cost would be for my entire treatments.The Grandville office is easy to get to and very convenient for people in the Grandville, Jenison and Hudsonville area .I'm very pleased to be working with Infusion Associates.
