I have had a lot of physical therapy in my life and sure wish I would have found this place years ago when I was trying to figure the reason for my pain problems. I have since had needed back surgery and was doing well until I developed nerve pain. As soon as I walked in the door, I sensed a calm and welcoming atmosphere unlike any other place I've ever been to. The staff knows their anatomy and physiology and listen to their patients. During my first session they diagnosed where and why I was having the nerve pain and I had a huge amount of relief after they did the necessary stretches, massaging and gave me the exercise stretching hom, e regime. So, I was really discouraged with my rt shoulder. I could barely move my arm & it was really painful. I assumed it was just part of “ getting older” ( I’m 63 ) - I wasn’t real confident that there was anything that could be done about it.Jeff met with me for my first visit and was very thorough with analyzing my issue. He seemed confident that he could help resolve it.He really knows what he doing! He manipulated my neck and shoulder and I actually felt an enormous relief when the ligaments return to the appropriate position. I didn’t think that was possible. I have been to therapy at Apogee for 2 different problems.Jeff is very knowledgeable about all the different kinds of therapy and his staff does a great job also! I have been to 4 other therapy places for my physical problems, and Apogee is by far the best!They are very caring!
