The NP Heather was excellent, very attentive and genuinely concerned with my issues. I never felt as though she was telling me what I wanted to hear. She did listen and took action with placing the proper referrals.The office staff and MA are also very friendly,professional and caring .
The staff here is amazing, from the check in desk, to the medical team, and the Dr's. Everyone listens to your concerns and does not just push pain meds at you. They truly listen and even think outside the box for ways to make your life livable again. Thank you Grand Rapids Pain for caring about your patients.
I just love this office, everyone is very friendly. I have been able to get improvement of my pain by getting injections into my lumbar spine. They started not lasting as long and now I am doing a spinal stimulator trial. I had it placed yesterday and I have just had minimal pain but hopefully it will work and I will have the permanent one placex.
