So not only did BRENT VERLEGER save me 9,000 in closing cost I even got 2,000 back to after close and got me 1% off my loan rate. When I asked the broker I was working with if he could match or beat that. They could not even come close. The other broker actually couldn’t believe that Brent could get me such a deal.
Not only was he professional but was able to break things down for me to understand and just talked to you like a real person. Him and his team were so fast and the underwriters are hands down best I’ve experienced.
