The Owner Roger came out to do some work on my main line. He was super professional and funny and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable. He is the definition of a classic mom and pop business owner who has high morals and does right by his clients. I will definitely be using him again if something goes wrong.
Edit- Feb. 2024My bestie in Lansing had a sewer issue. I called Roger to see if he had a recommendation for someone I could trust in Lansing to fix the issue. He did not. Instead, he stated he could do the job and away he went with Eric, 30 minutes after my original call. They fixed the issue, chatted with the children and called back to make sure everything was doing good. Roger cares for people, not just the bottom line and I am grateful for how he loves his neighbor as himself.
