During our planning and design phase, we never felt pressured to make a choice that was easier for the contractor or more expensive. VADA empowered us to make the right choice. At the beginning of construction, we saw how vigilant Eric was to keeping the project contained so we could live comfortably throughout the process. He even changed the sheeting so our toddler wouldn't accidentally tear through and notified us if there were any potential hazards at the site. Our son stays at home with family or a nanny during the day. We never had to worry about the VADA team being there while he was.
