Great place to let your teen daughter spend all your hard earned money. Staff was very helpful in pointing us in the direction of the currently "in" products that we were there to find. Made it as quick and painless as possible.
Booked a brow appointment tonight. 10 minutes after it was supposed to start she was still working on the previous client. She kept looking at me but never said it will be a minute, or sorry we're running behind. She didn't even attempt to hurry up. So I just walked out. I get sometimes you go over but a little communication and costumer service goes a long way. My time is just as valuable as yours.
