We interviewed several realtors before we chose Trisha as our seller's agent. Her passion convinced us that she truly wanted to work for us to help us sell our home. She is an excellent realtor who knows all the best ways to get your home listed and sold quickly! We had already moved out of the area and our house was vacant. Trisha had "staging" items brought in (free of charge) for the pictures and house showings, in order to make the home look more cozy and appealing. Trisha was even willing to go over to the house at the end of each day of showings in order to turn off the lights and make sure the house was locked. Trisha is a miracle worker in this crazy market and she is always up for anything. She walked us through every step of the way for both of our home buying experiences. I trust her with my life, she is the absolute best! Trisha is always working hard for her clients to find whatever they’re looking for. Even a 10 acre piece of heaven just 20 minutes from downtown GR! She’s the best, and she’s always right!
