He is prompt, super friendly, and his communication is top-notch. He understands the tiers of our Management structure and gives us personal care every single time. Thank you Greg!
Phenomenal customer service. We've really appreciated their promptness in handling our support tickets. Any issue we've run into or changes needed to our site, they've gone above and beyond with resolving or completing.
I have been working with TC for sometime now and they really seem to be on top of things. The one issue I do have is the the uploading of inventory from particular vendors. When a load of trailers leave the factory my inventory is supposed to be uploaded automatically. Thus making the order entry process easier. That system is broken. Every time I have to call TC to get my inventory uploaded and it takes 3 weeks of hounding and calling to try and get it right.
