Mike has a physical therapy background and has tons of tricks to help with sore muscles, and knows just how much to push me! He is always encouraging to me and makes me feel welcomed.
Zoe’s Gentle Yoga class is the best I have ever attended. It’s all ground based, always a tad different week to week and even tailored to our personal requests ( hips, shoulders) she is always warm and super friendly. :)
The meeting I had today was very informative. I learned a lot about myself and how to much my body can do. Mental and physical health is important and The Well Being is the place to help get you on track to a healthier you.
Lovely place. Beautiful layout and message behind the therapist, But having more than just anxiety, and anxiety being caused by trauma anxiety and the anxiety that comes with being autistic (high functioning, so it harder to pick up. But ASD for a respectful term), the type of therapy they taught wasn't the right kind and after awhile my problems came apparent that I had more rather than just the common, everyday life anxiety. I had a different form of anxiety. So, if you need to be perked up with better exercise, eating habits, and even group walks if they still do it, This Place Is It. I love their message. But, honestly, sadly Tim kind of, was a bit harsh for the type...read full review
