the technicians are very kind and inclusive in my experience. i had a manicure and pedicure and really enjoyed the services. the warm towels, the wax, and soak! all wonderful!the only part i didn’t enjoy as much was my manicure. technician was very nice, however three of my fingers were cut at the cuticle so bad that they continued to bleed for days after.outside of that, this is my gel manicure a week later. still looking beautiful!

Susan did an amazing job and she was so patient with me. It’s hard for me to sit still to get a full set. She was so sweet to me. He work is phenomenal. Each nail is perfectly square and even on each nail. They are the best in Grand Rapids. Manicure was great as well the older women knew exactly what to do.Services: Nail art

Stopped in here for the first time on a whim, was able to get right in for a pedicure I believe there was an appointment cancelation. Jay was absolutely lovely! my feet were in the roughest shape, the bottom of them were peeling off horribly and he took the extra time and care to clip off all the tiny and large areas of hanging dead skin. Left with soft feet and the polish and shaping of nails were beautiful, amazing experience thanks to him!Services: Foot massages
