I switched from Mercy Health to Spectrum about a year ago and Dr. Gavin is a really genuine guy - you can tell he actually cares about you and isn't trying to rush you out the door like most places. Very friendly staff and over-all a good environment!

After 3 years of many Dr's and ER's to diagnose the rare autoimmune disease I have , they have been the best so far. So many others treat you like your lying or just don't care to listen to you. Dr Love and her staff have been very patient and listen to me like I'm truly telling them something they want/need to hear/know. Only time will tell but I feel like I may have a chance thanks to them.

I had a very horrible experience with the Internal Medicine Group at 35 Michigan. I do like my doctor, Dr. Diaz, but the front desk staff and nursing staff are extremely apathetic. I overheard a front desk staff member tell another patient that they cannot help them, that they have to go to 'the lab', but did not help or explain to them where the lab was, did not hear the patient of their needs/issues/questions, and sent them on their way. During a phone call today, after experiencing some painful adverse effects of a drug and thus emailing my doctor, the PA wanted me to get some labs, I told her that the lab in question wasn't necessary because it was recently checked...read full review
