I was frustrated with my style which was just too bulky at the bottom. Carol Ann understood the problem and fixed it. Curly hair can be very forgiving, but an inexperienced stylist can accidentally make me look like a poodle (no offense dog lovers, but we all know the pooch is cuter with that 'do than a human!!)
