Theresa and Alex greeted me when I walked in. I was very concerned about a dress I was supposed to wear to a wedding in a couple days that developed stains from hard water. They were kind and knowledgeable, listened to what happened to the dress, and talked through solutions. I returned in a few days and the stain had successfully been removed - Theresa and Alex were both there again to give me the good news and give my dress back.

The people at the desk were very friendly. I only had one pair of pants to be cleaned but they treated me as if I had more even when I said that I don’t do a lot of dry cleaning. And they offered free pick up and delivery as well. They will definitely be my go to for dry cleaning.

I have been using Sheldon for my dry cleaning needs for years. On a recent visit, I had a small delicate infant girls dress that needed to be cleaned for storage as a family irreplaceable item. The Sheldon attendant reviewed the item and even noted fragile on the item to notify their team to handle delicately. I was curious on the cost, and she said it would be $7.00. When I picked up my items I was charged $20. They always do a great job and pay close attention to handle unique items with care.
