I’ve used Sheldon’s for my everyday dry cleaning so I didn’t hesitate to use them for my wedding dress and my husbands suit after we got married. We dropped them off in august and my husbands suit was done quickly. Months passed and I started to worry. It did have red wine spilled on it so I just thought that was the reasoning. My husband finally reached out in dec/Jan and stayed in touch with the regional manager for awhile until they told us they had lost it. This dry cleaner does a terrible job. I brought in a dress to be steamed and they charged $17 and when I got it home the wrinkles were all still there. Brought in a coat previously to have cleaned and specifically marked where there were spots to treat and I swear they just took the stickers off and said it was done. The spots clearly had not been touched. I have had it. I will never use Sheldon again. Do not recommend.
