Their washing machines don't use enough water. so they don't get your laundry clean. The building is new, they have lots of nice places to sit while you're there, the cafe is a good perk, they have TV's the watch, but the point of a laundromat is to clean your clothes, and they don't. (unless you put a half a load in, which would be expensive) It's a bummer.
